What is love?

Love is the ability to keep your word to yourself.
Love is letting go of blame as your protector.
Love is dancing close to someone, feeling the electricity of their soul.
Love takes strength.
Love is to honor your personal code.
Love is saying, “yes.”
Love is saying, “no.”
Love is leaving. .. without “sticking it out,” or “seeing it through.”
Love is looking at the shadow of your psyche, embracing it, and recognizing that which you judge.
Love is being honest with yourself, recognizing when you’ve betrayed yourself.
Love is looking in the mirror and celebrating everything you see.
Love happens when we can stop criticizing ourselves. Then, we are able to stop criticizing others.
Love is being present.
Love is a fleeting moment when you catch someone’s eyes walking down the street, and just for a moment, there’s a spark that you can’t shake.
Love is hearing the heartbeat of the lover sleeping beside us.
Love is the courage to be vulnerable.
Love is knowing, deep in your in heart, there is a better way.
Love is seeing the world with adoration.
Love is at the core of the human spirit.
