AFTERBURN!: a full-body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, stability balls, and your own body to increase your strength and metabolic rate. DROP IT LOW: You'll be sweating and dancing to hip hop, reggaeton, house, salsa, and swing styles to maximize your fun and fitness. (Available for private 1-on-1, or private groups. Contact Jessica to schedule).
HARMONIZE YOGA (Reiki + Yoga): a gentle yoga practice that is ideal for both beginner and experienced practitioners wanting to center, relax, and renew. This calming practice will includes energy healing/Reiki to open your heart to self-compassion and peace. You may practice in a chair and/or use a mat. INVIGORATE YOGA:This dynamic, flow yoga practice will build heat with flowing sequences to increase strength, flexibility, and stamina. Then, it will finish with a restorative savasana, or relaxation.
SOOTHE YOGA: A gentle yoga practice that is great for beginners and experienced practitioners wanting to wind down and experience tranquility. This class will use chairs, the wall, and/or props for assistance. (Available for private 1-on-1, or private groups. Contact Jessica to schedule).
JESSICA'S GROUP EXERCISE TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
Jessica has nearly two decades of group exercise teaching experience and a lifetime of performing arts experience making class with her an educational, approachable, and entertaining experience. Her classes fuse her body of work in teaching numerous formats (strength training, yoga, Pilates, metabolic interval training, athletic conditioning, etc.), and her performing arts training in music, dance, and musical theater. Jessica also has a Master’s degree in exercise physiology which ensures you’re receiving a balanced and physiologically sound exercise program.
