AFTERBURN!: a full-body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, stability balls, and your own body to increase your strength and metabolic rate. This class is for beginners or those who are new to strength/conditioning exercise

  • Tuesday, August 29th, 6 PM

You will register and plan on attending ALL classes; therefore, creating more social familiarity, personal accountability, energetic connection, and community during the experience.  

  • Five Classes, 8-spots available
  • Early Registration, $75 until 7/24/2017 (or until all spots are secured)
  • Late Registration, $100 beginning 7/25/2017

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
