How to Meditate: 6-Week Guided Meditation + Reiki Series

One of the easiest, most effortless ways to drink up the benefits of meditation is to try guided meditation. Join me as I guide you into a state of deep relaxation through meditation, walking you through every step of the way. I will also be sharing Reiki energy with each person during the meditation, raising your vibrations and clearing stale energy. 

This 6-week series will teach you how to meditate, how to deal with distractions, myths of meditation, and more. Further, you will enjoy the benefits of meditating with a group which include support, community, and you’re more likely to develop a regular meditation habit. The series is suitable for those with or without a current meditation practice. Just show up, open your mind, and receive the benefits of both meditation and Reiki.

Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Day: Mondays
Dates: January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th; February 5th, 12th
Location: 2915 Frankfort Avenue Suite A. 
Cost: The cost for the 6-week series is $90. Single class drop-in rate is $20.


Class is facilitated by Jessica Sharpenstein. Jessica is a Reiki master, mindfulness instructor and life-transformation coach. She holds a Master’s in exercise physiology, a certified nutritionist, she is a professor of wellness, intuitive practitioner, and a yoga instructor.
